Xu Boxin(1905- 1984), was an excellent publishing house, since 1926 to assist Mr. Zou Taofen in publishing, remember to wholeheartedly serve the readers "purpose, operation and management to focus on the periodical and bookstores, and innovative managementstrategies to improve the sales of books and periodicals. In this paper, through the use ofcase studies and literature research, field observation, study of Mr. Xu Boxin in 1926- 1949 years management of publishing activities, in order to present some inspiration and reference.The main body of this paper consists of two parts, the first is from the financing, product operations, channel development, marketing and other aspects of Xu Boxin’s unique business strategy, and then discusses the Xu Boxin management strategies from two aspects such asthe unique personal management, staff management, set up internal management andexternal management, the author and other readers. Finally, the paper from the accumulation of funds management, marketing and service for readers and summarizes the management strategy of Mr Xu Boxin’s revelation of the press.
