The Design And Implementation Of Operational Activities In Telecommunications Enterprise

Telecommunications enterprise business activity management system for China Unicom headquarters, is a part of many applications which based on China Unicorn’s U-Cloud platform, the goal is to establish the business activities of the whole process of management and business activity instance benchmark,to provide a basis for the evaluation of resources, and provides a full front-end platform for building costs,in order to improve management efficiency and then to provide support for the formulation of strategies.The main function of the business activities of the material management system for resource scheduling, property accrued deferred management, vehicle and equipment management, personnel scheduling management, cost accounting management and permissions system management and several other subsystems. Business activity management modules built on PaaS and information technology infrastructure, using PaaS platform provides all kinds of services.The system application module adopts JavaEE technology, Struts, Spring and Hibernate and so on lightweight framework to build. Shows the front page based on the main independent Ajax Web framework,JS, Ajax, Json, and Css technology,realize the foreground and background separation,and support freemark, Jsp, html and other show technology.Control layer through the data adapter plug shielding performance differences between the layer and the business layer,Session management, support a stateless SNA architecture; business logic layer through the IOC annotation mode to realize the analysis arid management of Bean,by using aspect oriented programming mode of AOP decoupling.Data persistence layer using independent data persistence framework, fully compatible with the Mybatis,through the horizontal, vertical pool to support large amounts data processing;the service invocation framework based on NIO with high performance framework,supports common Hessian, Rest, Http and other communication protocols.The system uses some optimized algorithms, big data processing technology and personalization technology, provide technical support for the realization of the system.This paper first studies the background and significance of the subject, and implementation technology, business requirements, design and implementation of system-related functions, and finally tested the validity and usefulness of the system. Thesis focuses on system design part, including the overall design ideas, business architecture, technical architecture, network topology, the overall function modules, database design content, through coding to achieve the relevant function. In short, the system realizes Unicom’s business activity management, information technology, greatly improving the company’s operational efficiency.
