"New media blue book: China’s new media development report No. 5(2014) pointed out: Since 2013, the further development of China’s new media presents the accelerating trend of migration, integration, socialization, and the Micro-communication based on the new media has become a new momentum, to promote the development of society. The Micro-blog, We-Chat, micro-video and client-side micro letter based on mobile Internet propagate its belief on a large scale, Micro-communication is changing the current communication ecology and public opinion. As a member of the new media, Micro-blog is playing growing influence in Micro Age. Since the first year of Micro-blog in 2010, the spread ability of Micro-blog and interaction with other media become stronger and stronger, they have profound influences on many aspects, such as politics, economy, culture, society; not only have the further highlight in the structure of journalism career status, but also have the constantly improved value in the commercial application. The internet enterprises of rapid growing up and constantly moving mature create a good information communication channels and marketing environment for Micro-blog, so, the number of companies to enter the Internet is increasing. In this environment, Beijing millet technology co., LTD starts the mobile phone manufacturing, propaganda, services, and the Internet mode of marketing integration. Under the drive of "fans" economy, helps the myth of the millet mobile phone "viral" marketing.In the process of millet mobile phone word-of-mouth spread, Micro-blog serves as the role of propaganda position.
