In the world we live in now is a dominant visual, image rich even the age of excess. Newspapers, magazines, advertising, film, television, web, video and so on seems to be able to image and image in any place at any time, generate inexhaustible, these image full of human living space. With the development of new media, visual communication is officially coming era of network, the image spread as people rely more and more on the network media, or even abandon the words and language, all from the image to express their own speech, emotion. Visual culture communication research field to give a new research perspective, from the image transmission angle can be a glimpse of the dissemination of human evolution process, the change of human communication activities. Therefore, this research is from the spread of this new image micro-blog of media, exploring the connotation of the era of visual culture communication micro-blog image and reality.This study is divided into five parts, the first part is the innovation of research background, significance, the current related research results and this article are briefly introduced; the second part is the basic theory of the present article, conducts the research to the theory of visual culture and visual culture era background, the rise of origin, including the development of the theory of visual culture and visual the cultural characteristics of the times, the network visual culture connotation; research on micro-blog image communication and the significance of the third part, firstly micro-blog image connotation to visual culture theory of interpretation, and analysis micro-blog image dissemination significance; the fourth part process and characteristics of the micro-blog image propagation are described, puts forward inertia process micro-blog image communication process by the traditional communicators to consumers into new process image producer to consumer, image dissemination significance completely different from the traditional information dissemination; the last part of the current situation and problems of micro-blog image propagation are described, and puts forward improvement strategies to solve the problem of. Basic research of this study belongs to the network of visual communication, the purpose is through the research micro-blog image communication to explain the emergence and characterization of network visual culture, to provide a new perspective and previous research cushion for the research of the network visual culture research and network communication.
