Currently there are 22,643,000 population in Xinjiang,Uighur population of 10,744,100 period,accounting for 47.45 percent of Xinjiang’s population.Nearly 77 percent of the Uighur distributed in the southern regions,18% of the distribution in the northern region of Uygur,5% of the distribution in eastern Xinjiang Uyghur region。Xinjiang Uyghur television channel audience arrived Uighur minority language media,the highest rate.Development of Xinjiang Uyghur television advertising and overall economic development in Xinjiang are complementary, the development of enterprises in Xinjiang Uyghur will promote the development of Xinjiang Uighur television advertising. Central Xinjiang vigorously support in terms of capital,technology,etc.,to the Xinjiang region has brought unprecedented opportunities for development,with the support of the continuous increase in Xinjiang local enterprises gradually become bigger and stronger,many Uyghurs enterprises,as Uighur enterprise excellent representative for the development of Xinjiang Uighur local advertising also create a good space. However,for the current academic Xinjiang Uighur television advertising research is almost empty,a rare few papers piecemeal,fragmented.from the two aspects of this paper Xinjiang Uyghur television advertising and advertising aspects are analyzed and develop implementation strategies:First,the advertising content: With the improvement of Uighur original TV commercial production levels,some Uighur original TV ads get a lot of awards at home and abroad,but compared to the Chinese advertising and International Studies advertising,there is still a lot of problems,such as lack of creativity in the advertising content,such as lack of a professional team. So when Uighur advertising should go beyond the concept of the product,focusing convey a values,attitudes,do not put the product into a protagonist,and it becomes an emotional support in the advertisement. Should take a more storytelling skills. Lively and interesting story can attract many audiences,to use a variety of artistic techniques and skills,the product information is hidden in the story,so the audience can effectively avoid resentment. However,a good advertising,a good idea is a high level,thinking the idea of advertising talent to do it,so in order to develop the advertising industry must focus on training advertising professionals.Second,the advertising business: Today,the Internet as a representative of the emerging media has become the biggest rival Xinjiang Uighur television channels. So Xinjiang Uyghur television advertising industry had improved marketing strategy. In this paper,resource management,channel development,brand promotion,customer service, integrated development of six areas to Xinjiang Uighur television advertising business to develop a marketing strategy.
