Research Of Information Exchange And Service Support Platform For Smart Business Circle

Along with the great popularity of smartphone, the rapid development of the mobile internet technology and location-based services(LBS), traditional business circles are now gradually upgrading and restructuring to smart business circle, in order to escape the fate of being replaced by online shopping. Smart business circle is a system provides the connectivity between customer, commodity and the shops. There are so many services in smart business circle, including personalized recommendation service, customer manager service, merchandise management service and analysis service, etc. Thus, integrate these services and support data sharing and information synchronization between them is an important problem to be solved in smart business circle.To address this problem, this paper will first analysis the different characteristics of each services in the smart business circle scenario, then research and design an appropriate platform for information exchange and system integration, provide service for customers based on the various system functions and volume of data in smart business circle. To achieve this goal, this paper will focus on the following aspects:1. Analysis the limitation of each kind of system from the following aspects: the real-time requirements, user experience, the external environment, the amount of data exchanged and the limitation of exist systems. Then explain their effects to system design.2. Analysis the usage of Enterprise Service Bus(ESB) in smart business circle. This paper will compare different usage of ESB in different scenarios, and analysis the advantages of them.3. For the special scenario of large amount of data exchange in smart business circle, this paper proposes a multiple ESB instances system based on the Apache Storm. Based on the streaming and stateless feature in Storm framework, multiple ESB instances system after integration will provide reliability and flexibility.Experiments and implementation indicates that the information exchange system in this paper is able to support the complex environment of smart business circle. It is a useful solution and has reference value for the construction of smart business circle.
