Design And Implementation For Nursing Care System In Hospital

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, people pay more attention to their health. From the national level, the government takes citizen health as the important national policy and continues to issue medical policies. Hospital, serves as the most important organization to ensure people’s health, plays an important role. Doctors and nurses are the two parts of the hospital to take care of people’s health. From the development of software, although most hospitals are equipped with Hospital Information System(HIS), most of them are developed for doctors. The system for nurses is not taken seriously.With the expansion of daily business of X hospital, nurses are facing with huge workload and big challenges. The quality of nursing directly affects the hospital’s future plan and development. In order to improve the working method for nurses, this article will introduce a nursing system based on.NET platform to solve the problem for their daily work. This system is developed based on nurse’s daily work and the purpose to improve the nursing efficiency and ensure the medical safety.This article consists of following researches based on X hospital’s daily business:1. By studying the status and development of both national and international hospitals, this article points out the problems of nursing. The development of the system targets to solve these problems.2. This article describes the technology used to develop the system and how to use the technology to solve the key problems of nursing system.3. Based on the business needs requested by hospital, we reorganize the work flow of nursing and preliminarily divide the system modules and make modeling. This article covers the key function of the each module.4. The design and implementation of the nursing system. Using object-oriented technology for design of system architecture, database, design of each function module in detail. Nursing records recorded when do a recorded data, generate the nursing records and temperature is single; Nurses for the doctor to open orders, realize "three nuclear seven pairs", namely, check the patient information, check the operator information, check the drug information, check the bed number, name of check, check types, check dosage, check time, concentration of check, check usage; Implement closed-loop orders management mechanism, using qr code technology, before giving patients, scanning the patient wristbands patient identification, scanning drug content of barcode to confirm orders, ensure the safety of the patients with drug use.5. Test and summarize the usage of the system and the system operation performance.By using the technologies mentioned above, we built a nursing system which is easy to maintain and expand. This system launched in X hospital successfully and received good feedback during the pilot.
