With the rapid growth in demand of information technology, IOT has been used in various industries. In recent years, some countries’ special department like Military and Government that have begun to use the IOT system. But the system application environment of these departments was very special, such as deserts, mountains and other remote areas. Moreover, these sectors on information security and the means of communication were very strict requirements, traditional networking communication system has been unable to meet the needs of these communications and security. Therefore, to develop a secure transmission system applicable to special networking environment is imperative.In view of the above issues, a method that combines a variety of optional communication interfaces with a variety of security measures was proposed in this work. A terminal to terminal secure communication system was designed to make sure that the sensitive information is safe and the transfer system is effective. Methods such as network isolation, effective authentication, encrypting and decrypting of data, choosing interfaces smartly were used in this thesis. This article also designed a warehouse management system to simulate the perception and acquisition process in the real environmentThe above modules were analyzed implemented and verified. All of the core module were developed on the unidirectional physical isolation network gateway which was an embedded device. The validation results indicated that the system was correct and available. In terms of security, the multi-level security measures effectively ensure the reliability of data transmission, resist middle attacks information being key break in the transmission process and other safety issues. In terms of communication transmission the flexibility and efficiency of the transmission system were fully taken into account, multi-network integration technology was combined, and the country’s existing reliable communication resources were fully used, it got maximum application in transmission mechanism of the Iota.
