Identity authentication system has been playing a more and more important role for the college administration and management. In the recent years, the number and turnover rate of the college staff has been substantially increased, every new staff and student need to get all kinds of identity cards in various administrative offices, thus the processes become trivial and vulnerable of security. Therefore, constructing a unified campus identification equipment certification makes workload of staff reduced and economical for the college expenses, while resigning staff and graduating students just need to get the identity authorization cancelled in one system without the need of authorizations from multiple offices. The construction of this system is in line with the actual needs in the college and greatly improves the work efficiency of the related departments and employee, reduce cost.In this paper, with the management background of the staff and students at HuzhouUniversity, by incorporating existing material and disciplines, we study the development of database construction and authentication systems. Firstly, based on feedback from staff and students this project demonstrates the necessity o f a unified identity management system campus. After technical demonstration, we choose NFC as the authentication technology technical support. In the early work, taking a unified identity management business processes as the start, through interviews with research, access to information, we obtain their status and data information corresponding behavior; analyzing the management’s demand, aiming at students and staff’s current unreasonable problemsin management and procedure, from the aspects of teaching, meetings, financial, and other consumer on dining, library circulation, the situation on campus access and parking too cumbersome, we need to establish an user authorization mechanism full of functionality, usability, reliability, convenience, in order to make different users have different operating functions authorized to perform different operations. In order to meet the needs of users, according to the actual problems we look for suitable technology to provide technical support. System database is established basing on MySQL, and XML document data management model; Server-side uses Java language and is deployed on Linux servers; system modules use Java language development on Eclipse IDE, and areof the APP package.Through extensive testing, research and other means of testingthe system functionality, performance, interface, testing and survey results show that the system can get the desired effect and high satisfaction, which shows that the system can realize a variety of needsin need analysis. The system fully meets the needs of the design and the actual application requirements, validates a unified campus identity management system is feasible and practical.The project combines system design requirements and technical system design, works on a unified campus authentication system overall architecture design, through analyzing and designing public, personnel, analysis and design card module, design the database structure, for mobile terminals, designs Android system function. We have also installed the application in the Android mobile clients of some staff and students.
