The relationship between children and the media has been debated. The children born surrounded by the media, the growth process is more than any generation to receive TV, the Internet and new media are big. The life of children is too much media intervention, "the disappearance of childhood" emerge in an endless stream. Based on multi-disciplinary research area from the communication, sociology,pedagogy, psychology and other children’s Cross, making the situation, to explore the domestic and foreign children’s television program transmission, through theoretical research, case study analysis method, according to the development characteristics of children’s thinking and our children’s television program production influence,combing our children’s television programs are making idea of healthy growth for children, and realize the sustainable development of the program, to promote the healthy development of children in china.Based on the theory of communication as the foundation, combined with Piaget’s cognitive theory, Vygotsky’s social cultural theory, Bronfenbrenner’s theory of social ecology, Lorenz’s critical period theory as the research development of children’s thinking characteristics of the theoretical basis, analysis for the development of children in Tong Siwei to sum up the difference of perception, cognition, social development. The analysis on the development of children’s thinking and children’s television programs in China, analyzes the positive law of China’s outstanding children’s television programs to comply with the development of children’s thinking achievements and future development trend, and puts forward five major problems of children’s television programs in China against the development of children’s thinking:Children’s television programs lack of differentiation, show concern the object is not balanced, education and entertainment, from the perspective of bias caused by dislocation of "adult" and "naive", lack of national culture. Finally, analysis of therelationship between the two from the two sides, the idea of making children’s television programs in China should have.The innovation of this paper is mainly focused on the following aspects:1, Research perspective. Try to break through the previous research perspective,mainly the development of children’s thinking from the perspective of research,China’s children’s television program production.2, From the angle of law of the development of children’s thinking summed up the views of children’s television programs should return to children’s innocence and nature, and content production should be in accordance with the "natural", "innovation", "active" three and the development of children’s thinking essence associated with the production of ideas, make the audience research and production study combination, special unique and children’s television programs related to the development of children’s thinking.
