Blast furnace top gas pressure recovery turbine unit (TRT) is widely accepted as an effective secondary energy recycle device by domestic and international iron and steel enterprises. The prerequisite to operate TRT Unit is to ensure the stability of blast furnace top gas pressure. But blast furnace burden causes the disturbance to the top gas pressure. Therefore, while TRT Unit is promoted by the metallurgical enterprises and research sector, compensation of blast furnace burden disturbance accepts widely research and development as an important work.First, this thesis researches the equipments of blast furnace top gas pressure system, and analyzes that the height of blast furnace burden rising causes the resistance for gas flowing. It makes a high range and sudden disturbance to the top gas pressure. This disturbance and system delay cause common PID controller not accurately adjusting, and the top gas pressure has a big fluctuating range. And then,This thesis sets up the guide vane controlling top gas pressure model and the burden disturbance model by mechanism analysis and parameter identification, and the top gas pressure dynamic model is figured out. Then, according to the control target by the math model, this thesis analyzes system input and output, and designs two controllers. One is common PID controller, when the blast furnace smelt. Another is feed-forward compensation PID controller, when the blast furnace is loaded by burden. Two controllers switched by blast furnace circulate adapt to different condition without switching disturbance.Finally, the dynamic model and the control system are simulated by using the Simulink Box of the MATLAB software. The result is that the two controllers switched by blast furnace circulate adapting to different condition can compensate the blast furnace burden disturbance. Simulation result validates the rationality and the feasibility of this thesis.
