The Radar Cross Section of targets is to characterize the ability of electromagnetic scattering of targets and pre-estimate and calculate the radar cross section of coating medium conductor target for stealth design has very important significance. In this thesis, the targets of conduct and targets coated with thin dispersive media layer were studied and for the thickness of the thin layer less than a grid space, the thesis applied method of node amendment, the practical examples show that it is feasible to use the method to calculate the radar cross section of targets coated with thin dispersive media layer. The main content of this thesis is:1) The thesis calculate about three kind of targets incluing metal balls, metal cylinder and metal dihedral corner and analyze the factors which affect the radar cross section of targets and analyze to calculate the radar cross section of cylinder and dihedral corner which is infinitely in the axial direction.2)The thesis calculate the radar cross section of conductor targets coated with thin dispersive media layer. For the different frequency and electromagnetic parameters, the targets coated with thin dispersive media layer were analyzed and calculated. The results show that targets coated with thin dispersive media layer can rediuce the radar cross section.3)The thesis calculated the multi-source, multi-frequency electromagnetic wave propagation under the presence of dielectric and conductor obstacles and the impact of obstacles on the electromagnetic wave.
