In order to meet the needs of Chinese medical insurance reform, modernization and information management medical insurance management must establish complete medical insurance information system, hospital management system, Medical insurance is one of the subsystems. The system can not only achieve health insurance information, but also improve work efficiency. This thesis is to study and analyze the above problems, an object-oriented design as the core visual interface using Delphi programming techniques to B / S structure to design and implement health insurance designated hospital medical insurance system.Firstly, according to the needs of Medicare hospital management system, establish a demand model for each sub-module, gradually refining needs, chose to develop technical solutions. Then according to user demand for user roles were divided and analyzed each user needs to complete the function, but also on the performance of the system put forward a series of demands. Secondly, combining the results of the needs analysis phase before the system is divided into modules hospital medical insurance and medical insurance designated hospital medical insurance financial modules and user permissions are two systems were divided and completely describe each function the relationship between the processes and sub-modules of each module. Database design, database design conceptual structure shows through ER diagram and list some of the key database table fields. Finally, the corresponding figure shows the implementation and the realization of each sub-module of the database.Finally, the realization of a system for the corresponding white box and black box testing and the system achieve the desired goal.
