Today mobile communications as a technology rapid development, it makes human life has undergone a tremendous change. From the initial phone communications to mobile communications, and then the next point to point communications, mobile communications in just three years of development called a technological revolution. Just when we are still lamenting 3G has brought us convenience, next-generation mobile communications standard LTE has entered the commercial.While most international countries have adopted FDD-LTE mode, but it must be paired frequencies, for TD-LTE uplink and downlink its work on the same frequency, transmit user data through intermittent slot adapted asymmetric data transmission services, and effective use of scattered bands of spectrum scarcity of resources in the information age, TD-LTE model has an irreplaceable role in the future of mobile communications, Planning and design research and development of TD-LTE wireless network has important significance.In this paper, TD-LTE wireless network planning carried out research and analysis and assisted platform has been designed, the main thesis work:1.Studied the TD-LTE system, at the same time on the wireless network planning design;2. Network planning support platform for the design and implementation;3. This article is designed using an auxiliary platform Chengdu narrow alley TD-LTE wireless network planning;4. Chengdu narrow alley TD-LTE wireless network test and get better results.The network planning aids platform where the main use of the language of GIS and MFC framework of the system implementation. The network planning assistant platform can simple and highly effective for network planning, which mainly include platform login, establishment and management, user management, project planning block import and management, the base station construction and management, parameter setting and information covering six big modules. Also used the auxiliary platform, designed to Chengdu width alley TD-LTE wireless network planning, including the TD-LTE network planning and simulation, and the simulation results are analyzed, and then to the TD-LTE wireless network optimization. Through the wireless network of the DT with CQT test, we get the effect of network planning parameters, through analysis and comparison, according to the TD-LTE wireless network planning achieved initial success, received the average speed of 20.75 Mbps download and upload 16.61 Mbps.
