Fast development of mobile Internet,mobile users concern now,not just on the network coverage if it has any signals,more and more people are more concerned about the network quality and service level,so the quality of mobile network operators is the focus,to abnormal competition in the mobile Internet environment has a place.How to improve service quality and improve users' actual perception through network optimization is the top priority at present.This paper discusses the application of project management and LTE network optimization related technologies.Project management is an indispensable management mode in modern enterprise operation,and also an important way for enterprises to achieve the ultimate or periodic goals.This thesis first introduces the relevant theoretical basis ofproject management and the theoretical basis and core technology of LTE network.It mainly introduces the connotation,principles and application tools of lean management,as well as LTE network architecture,coverage evaluation method,interference detection method,RRC reconstruction optimization principle and LTE switching principle.Secondly,combined with the actual situation,in-depth analysis of the early Yunnan Wenshan Telecom network construction and network status,and analysis of Yunnan Wenshan Telecom LTE network network problems and management problems;Finally introduced innovative management mechanism for workstation,and applied to the optimized project of Yunnan Wenshan,integrating theory with practice,according to the optimal area different state of the network are combined according to the workstation,combined with the manufacturers strength,LTE system is optimized by Yunnan Wenshancities and the performance of network enhanced,network optimal personnel skills enhanced through practice.
