Shijiazhuang Mobile Intelligent Card Distribution System Design And Implementation

Development of China’s telecom industry, started late, but it is developing very fast, from the 1990 s to now, China’s telecommunications industry has experienced 20 years of development. In the meantime, for the theory and practice of telecommunications numbering resources management, from scratch, from a theory to software, from manual to automated software management, has undergone a long process of development. Mobile subscriber numbers as the operator of an important resource scarcity issues become increasingly prominent realities.In the current distribution system, smart card number, card number assigned mobile company is completely artificial management and can’t be fair, equitable, transparent management, the most important mobile number as not really being rational use of resources to play the role of promoting the development of science. In order to solve the above, Shijiazhuang pioneered the design and implementation of mobile working smart card number distribution systems.Among the Shijiazhuang-based mobile smart card number distribution system design and implementation thesis of this paper, we mainly work completed as follows:Firstly, based on the actual state of information existing mobile number assigned to the card and on the basis of existing problems, needs, Shijiazhuang mobile smart card number assigned to carry out a detailed analysis, the main contents include requirements analysis system non-functional requirements analysis and system analysis of functional requirements.Then, on the basis of the needs analysis, system design and development with the existing technology, the overall development framework system has been designed, on this basis, further analysis of the detailed design of Shijiazhuang mobile smart card number distribution system function modules, the paper system the main function modules include smart card distribution module, number management module, decision support module and backstage management module. According to the system data requirements, we have established E-R diagram in the system database design, the design of the system database were analyzed. On the basis of the system design, the system was realized work. In the article, the system that we achieve a detailed description of the system and gives a part of the interface implementation.Finally, implemented on the basis of the system, we test the our system, system testing proved that our system is able to achieve to meet the system requirements.
