Integrated supervisory and control system(ISCS) is an important tool to achieve automated scheduling management of urban rail transit, as well as the development trend of today’s urban rail transit monitoring system, which has characteristics including multi-system integration, multi-monitor objects, large amount of data processing capacity, involving a wide range of majors. Setting urban rail transit integrated supervisory and control system can strengthen the unity and flexibility of command and dispatch, the ability to coordinate operation between systems.Combined with the Xiamen Metro Line 1 first phase of the project subway integrated supervisory and control system specific implementation plan, based on actual engineering projects, this paper made a detailed research and analysis on engineering application of rail transit integrated supervisory and control system. First, the paper introduces the basic concepts of integrated supervisory and control system, function characteristics and system composition, elaborates the background and significance of urban rail transit integrated supervisory and control system, and analyzes the status and achievements of this field both at home and abroad. Secondly, introduces basic knowledge and research-related technologies of this system, including PLC technology, distributed control systems(DCS) and supervisory control and data acquisition systems(SCADA), laid a good foundation for the following system research. Then, combined with the contents of Xiamen Metro Line 1 first phase of the project subway integrated supervisory and control system, analyzed functional requirements of the system one by one, including PSCADA, BAS, FAS and PSD etc. Under the premise of meeting the system requirements, proposed system goals, carried out the system overall design, including system architecture, common functions and data storage. Then, from an integrated supervisory and control system common functions, building automation system(BAS) and automatic fire alarm system(FAS) electrical and mechanical interface two aspects do the research and analysis of the system, do the detailed design for the final realization of the system. Finally, from an integrated supervisory and control system common functions and building automation system(BAS) and automatic fire alarm system(FAS) electrical and mechanical interface two aspects to demonstrate the effect of the system, verified the feasibility of the system design.Rail transit integrated supervisory and control system plays a vital role to improve the automation, functionalization, informatization of rail transit operation. As a product of scientific and technological progress, integrated monitoring system technology is constantly developing and progressing. Based on the detailed research and analysis of Xiamen Metro Line 1 first phase of the project subway integrated supervisory and control system, provides significant exploration for urban rail transit integrated supervisory and control system core research, software platform development and practical application, provides valuable reference experience for domestic urban rail transit integrated supervisory and control system development.
