In order to meet the needs of urban rail transportation practical operation, the electromechanical equipment monitoring system is gradually formed by the electromechanical equipment centralized monitoring to the station. Both ends of the station ring-control electrical control room are equipped with a pair of redundancy PLC controller in this system. They are linked by synchronous optical cable and multi-pathing failover. As the automatic controlling backup measure in case of fire when the working station is out of operation, the IBP (integrated backup panel) is set in the station control room in the meanwhile.The PLC in both end of the station unified access the remote I/O module, field devices with intelligent communication port and field small controllers through optical fiber industrial Ethernet formed by network switch, and process the monitoring and management to the station electromechanical equipment (heating ventilation air conditioning, escalator, low-voltage lighting, water supply and drainage equipments, etc.) respectively. The PLC in both end of the station connects with the station switch by the way of industrial Ethernet, and the information interaction is realized between the station electromechanical equipment monitoring system and control center.The electromechanical equipment monitoring system adopts Schneider Vijeo Citect software platform, with its Client/Server structural system and modularized design thought, and has a good expansion performance. The operation of the software is mainly faced to operation management of dispatchers and crew members, realizes the handling and linkage of normal and emergency events, and provides the guarantee for the safety operation of urban rail transportation.
