Design And Implementation Of Expert Consultation System For Investment Industry Based On SOA

Generally many customers get expert opinions to determine the choice of investment strategy online or face to face. But the information obtained online is scattered while the latter has a lot of constraints(such as high cost). It always leads to outsiders’ blind investments. With the development of information technology, more and more investment industry urgently hope to provide advisory services for customers whenever and wherever by using expert consulting online system. According to the customers hoping to get expert experience and investment strategy when making investment choices, this paper designs and realizes the expert consultation system of the investment industry, builds a knowledge base based on experts’ experience, strategies and analysis, selects the experts according to customer preferences, achieves to providing expert advisory services eventually.Firstly, this paper introduces the background, significance and research status about the expert consultation system of investment industry. Secondly, it introduces some technologies of development system such as SOA,.NET platform, and focuses on the analysis of the system requirements and proposes investment reasoning algorithm.Then detailed design of the system function is given. Finally, using SOA technology the expert consultation system of investment in the industry based on.NET platform is realized including the basic information management, expert online Q&A, appointment of experts consultation, expert investment strategy, data security management and system maintenance management and other functions.The experimental results show that the expert consulting system implemented in this paper can meet the customer’s investment advisory services, the investment reasoning algorithm can provide a reasonable investment strategy for customers in the investment choice meeting the needs of expert consultation system of the investment industry and achieving the purpose of better serving customers and helping them to better understand the investment.
