Party Affairs Management is one of the hot spot concerned currently by various colleges and universities, along with development of the national information integration of digital, and Party Affairs Management in colleges and universities has become increasingly complex, and the traditional manual management with thesis has become cumbersome and low efficiency, which has been unable to adapt to the management needs of the increasing large the party member troop in colleges and universities. College Party Affairs Management system, which makes the Party Affairs Management scientized, standardized and digitized, is an indispensable condition and to adapt to requirements of the modern university management system, and is also an important content of the colleges and universities management with an important position in the whole management of colleges and universities. With the rapid development of computer technology and high digitization of management of colleges and universities, it is imperative to use computer information technology to realize the digitization of Party Affairs Management.This thesis, taking Shihezi University as the background, develop a party affairs management information system through which all levels of party affairs managers can quickly and efficiently to complete daily party transactional work, so that they can not only reduce the cost of management colleges and universities, but also put more energy on the development of strategic objectives. What’s more, a lot of party affairs management data can be collected, sorted and analyzed through the system in a timely manner, which provides s strong support of data analysis to party affairs information management for the university organization department, so as to further improve the competitiveness of the comprehensive level of colleges and universities. Specific objectives are as follows: using the Java language, interactive web development framework based on Ajax, the MVC pattern types as the user interface program development mode, role-based access in terms of access control(RBAC) technology to ensure information security, scalability, and drawing lessons from excellent open-source framework Struts as architecture, choosing the Oracle as background database and the eclipse as a development tool, to design a management information system including seven sub system, such as system management, the party members’ management, relationship management, membership application personnel management, statistics system, file management and probationary party member management, in order to provide better service for the management of party affairs. In different stages and times of development of party members examined and approved by different party affairs manager, and the party managers in different roles, have different access permissions, based on the above consideration, using role-based access control technology to realize the access control of the system by different party managers.Shihezi University party affairs management system can realize the basic functional requirements: friendly and simple user interface, reasonable structure, stable operation, and satisfied running speed, which provides the basic tool to achieve the basic task of the party work and improve the efficiency of the party affairs management work.
