This thesis discusses the theory and application of online monitoring system based on the the WebGIS service. The mine monitoring system based on WebGIS services improved traditional monitoring of which ever more closed and can not be viewed through the Internet. WebGIS technology combines with mine monitoring are both requirements of the reality and the direction of technology development. The main work of this thesis include the following aspects.(1) I analysis of the composition and theory of WebGIS in-depth, and discusses mine monitoring system integrated with WebGIS function related to the relevant theories and techniques, and the Google Maps API and Microsoft.NET platform for a more in-depth study and explanation.(2) I give a detailed analysis of system requirements and functional design, and the application and component of Ext.net are described in detail in data query module. And I also give a detailed description of the process and implementation of the data query function module.(3) In-depth analysis of the WebGIS module implemented in the mine monitoring points’ add,modify and delete operation processes, and discusses in detail how to find monitory points need to see through WebGIS module and with these points we can watch real-time monitoring and video playback of the monitory points,and the picture shows the effect of video through real-time monitoring and video playback.Currently, the online monitoring system based on WebGIS service has already been widely used in Lujiang County,Anhui HeFei, and has been recognized and praised by the government regulatory authorities.
