The research objectives of this project in the development of modern service industry investment company in the construction of logistics enterprise system information as the leading logistics environment, to achieve the enterprise’s own logistics information management, while the warehouse store information, goods information, vehicle distribution and other aspects of information information organically organized by WEB-EDI data exchange, in order to meet the entire demand for all aspects of logistics, logistics companies to provide a set belongs fastest, most stable and most competitively priced logistics management information system. Thesis for the development of modern service industry Shuangliu County Investment Corporation and its subsidiaries manage the actual needs of the logistics busine ss, targeted to develop and design a logistics information platform for the company’s logistics management services to enhance the level to provide a technically support. Papers specific development and design plans in accordance with the following main steps:Part I: Development of domestic and international logistics analysis, described in detail development of modern service industry Shuangliu Logistics Development Investment Company profile, information technology application status and existing problems, propose solutions.Part II: discusses the key technologies of the system development, introduction and development of language used in the database environment. The system was developed using Delphi, C + +, Net and other development tools and based o n SQL 2005 database, and using EDI technology for electronic exchange of data, the use of GPS, GPRS, GIS technology to achieve the vehicle cargo to track, and the use of GIS geographic information system(Geographic Information System) the existence of things and events that occur mapping and analysis.Part III: the system needs analysis, feasibility analysis, and functional analysis. In the company’s logistics business status and problems on the basis of the analysis, noting that the company’s logistics b usiness platform for the development of the informa tion system to the actual needs, and by providing material, financial and technical support in terms of conditions demonstrate its feasibility. Meanwhile, the company’s logistics operations and systems management functions required to achieve functional modules need to be developed for docking, the development of functional modules for system analysis.Part IV: the overall structure of the system design and detailed design. The overall structure of the system and the main function modules contain design; detailed design of the main aspects of the business including receiving systems, storage management subsystem, transportation scheduling subsystem, intelligent distribution subsystem, intelligent monitoring platform, GPS vehicle monitoring subsystem five sub-system design and make their own design.Part V: Logistics Information System. This part of the use of information technology, network technology and GPS, GPRS and video surveillance techniques, using Delphi language as a development language, based on SQL2005 database systems, to achieve the storage management subsystem and GPS vehicle monitoring subsystem data center implementations.Part VI: Conclusions and Prospects. This part of the system development and design concepts and techniques in areas such as sum, pointing out the advantages of this system, as well as the existing problems and shortcomings. And hope that in future work and research to further improvement and resolution.
