In order to make the rational allocation of human resources, the airlines company proposed the requirement of a set of new information system, which can meet the current stage of assessment system. This system can improve the efficiency of company’s talent assessment.It canreduce the human resources department staff’s working pressure. It canalso meet online remote workers to complete the relevant test. According to the own working practice, a set of online quality evaluation system has been completed, which combins C# language program design, relational database design, and UML modeling design.In this dissertation, the waterfall development model is determined as development mode. Visual Studio2012 is determined as the system development platform. SQL Server 2008 is determined as the system backstage database. After the demand analysis, the overall structure and process have been established. The user use case analysis and analysis of software functional sequence diagram have also been written. Next, the required system database has been designed, and then, the system function module has also been designed, which includes system management module, the examination process management module, the test statistics module. The normal operation of the system management module is mainly responsible for the system, including user login, access and other operations; the examination process management module is mainly responsible for the test process, test paper forming, item evaluation;the test statistics module is mainly responsible for the query statistics work of the test results, the related information, and so on. Except the function module design, the realization of the process of every sub module of system has been introduced amply. In the testing stage, system test has been used for this system. The test shows that the system is running stable, and id can meet the needs of online assessment management.In this dissertation, two key algorithms have been analyzed: System of automatic test paper strategy and volume algorithm automatically sentenced to subjective questions. After the study of many references, expert scoring method has been selected as the strategy of automatic test system, and the sentence match algorithm has been adopted as the automatic judging algorithm of system of subjective questions. Online evaluation system based on these designs, has a good user interface, the specification of the examination process, reasonable test paper generation, and does not need to change the volume during artificial participation. It greatly improves the personnel quality evaluation method and evaluation efficiency.After the trial, users put forward to increase the late work, such as APP mobile terminal, system of multi platform system operation etc. These need to continue to work in the future perfect. |
