With the wide use of computer technology and large-scale integrated circuits: on the one hand, as the proportion of the electronic system in modern large-scale system is higher and higher, the system performance has been effectively enhanced and improved; on the other hand, as the proportion of electronic system faults in total system faults is higher and higher, if the electronic system faults can’t get timely and effective treatment, the restriction to the performance of the system is also very obvious. The scientific research on comprehensive diagnosis of the electronic system is of great significance for ensuring the efficient operation of the whole system.Firstly, this thesis studies the existing electronic system diagnostic methods: Multiple signal model is equivalent to superimpose more than one single signal on the structure model, and directly contact with the block diagram of the system, it’s very suitable for modeling complex electronic system for comprehensive diagnosis; The software TEAMS can directly export the dependency matrix of a system, which is very convenient for fault diagnosis. So this thesis proposes a comprehensive diagnosis scheme, which is based on the multi-signal modeling, integrated diagnostic software and algorithms as the core, PHM database as the protection. And then does the overall design for diagnostic software with modular programming ideas.Secondly, in this thesis, after study the real-time diagnosis reasoning algorithm and lagrangian relaxation diagnosis algorithm, combine with the false alarm processing algorithm, we develop the electronic system integrated fault diagnosis software. we do a lot of work on the design of the software interface and the concrete implementation of the algorithm, in particular: use UML to design and package the main views of the software, use the packaging by DLL and multi-threading technology to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the calling on the algorithms, all this ensures that the diagnosis platform has good expansibility, the diagnosis algorithms have better timeliness and high fault detection rate, high fault isolation rate.Thirdly, the thesis designs a system of PHM database based on SQL SERVER 2005. The management software connects to the database with remote, not only provide support for diagnostic software, but also offer visual management for the users’ proprietary data, its function is really abundant. On the one hand, the thesis introduces the design of the data in the database server, including the logic design and E-R design of the database, make the structure of the database meet the requirements of the second paradigm; on the other hand, the thesis make full explanation on the implementation of the most important functions and the optimization measures the database management software.By the end of this thesis, according to the indicators offered by the user, the author do a lot of experiments on the diagnosis accuracy and timeliness of the diagnosis platform, prove that the indicators of the diagnostic software meet the actual demand; the functions and reliability of the database management software have been tested too, not only functions and response speed meet the demand, but also the software has error tolerance and protection mechanism, can offer effective and reliable guarantee for diagnosis platform.
