The New Compact Miniaturized Switch Filter Bank

Nowadays, the communication technology is in a golden period of development.In order to meet the increasing demand for diversified communication, high performance filter in every frequency band becomes a research hotspot.Today,the utilization of the spectrum becomes higher and higher, also to the performance requirements of the wireless communication system.This leads to the urgent need of a hopping filter which can cover the entire communication frequency and change the center frequency. The working principle of frequency hopping technology refers to both transmit and receive communication carrier frequency signal transmission of discrete changes in accordance with the established rules. With the spectrum utilization rate is high, strong anti-interference ability etc.Because of the frequency hopping technology advantage be richly endowed by nature, it has become one of the main methods in modern military communication, has become a hot current domestic and international research. Frequency hopping filter has several different ways to achieve,respectively:Using varactor regulating capacitor filter implementation, switch chcapacitor array regulating capacitor filter implementation,rea lizqation by digital technology,realization by switched filters bank.This paper is based on the choice of switch filter bank to realize the frequency hopping filter function.The main work of this paper is to finish a small, low loss,frequency from 30 Mhz to 512 Mhz switched filters bank. This paper adopts frequency division technology, to divided the whole frequency into six sections. Using six band pass filters to connect,successful implementation of the broadband coverage. The circuit is composed of control circuit, switch and filter bank. Due to the switch filter group design requirement of low insertion loss, small volume, so the design is a certain difficulty.Therefore, the author in the design using the add an ideal transformer, a variety of network transformation method. And combined with simulation and optimization with Genesys, ADS and other EDA software, finally achieves the design specification requirements.In short, this paper for the design of switch filter group was studied detailed,system, the design of the sample performance is excellent, has better engineering application valua.The paper presents the design of PIN switch is introduced.
