Currently, Surface Mount Technology has become the mainstream technology in the electronic manufacturing sector. It is known as surface assemble or surface mount technology. Due to the widespread usage of SMT technology, SMT changed the process on drilling holes on cartridge of PCB(Print Circuit Board, PCB). SMT is the technology that uses placement or welding manner technology. Users can use this technology to assemble the surface mount components to specific location of the PCB.This paper is based on SMT simulation teaching software that is development and constructed by Chengdu Institute of technicians. This paper mainly describes the reflow machine of the simulation software. This software works on windows operating system and the development platform is Object-oriented programming language Visual C ++. The software works with Microsoft SQL Server database and OpenGL 3D graphics interface, unity3 D dynamic graphical processing software. Among them, the paper mainly describes the CAM programmatic programing for reflowing, 3D dynamic simulation reflowing and the teaching and training of the reflow evaluation.This paper describes CAM programmatic programing for reflowing, which is a modified programs with changed parameters based on the Heller reflow machine in United States. Through simulation, training staffs can intuitively understand the temperature parameters and internal parameter of reflow machine. CAM programmatic programing includes a temperature setting module, system parameter setting module, security settings module, reflow system monitoring module and programming tips. The core of the software is the temperature setting module, the temperature setting is directly related to the quality of the final product. This software can be based on the types of alloy and PCB which users have presented. Furthermore, a informative temperature curve will be given intelligently. Users can modify the trace. Programming reminder system includes a mouse hover tips, techniques and interface box prompts blinking text prompts that use for training.
