Through demonstration and comparison, finally determined the development tools of ASP.NET by Microsoft Corp and MySQL by Oracle Corp in the framework B/S, users can easily query the automobile insurance product, auto insurance historical records and other information through the network, and the administrators can management the data of automobile insurance online. System is divided into two modules of forestage and backstage, the forestage module includes: insurance history inquiry, booking car insurance products, report service system etc. The backstage module includes: system role set, user basic information management, product management, car insurance insurance knowledge management, vehicle information management, vehicle insurance information management, and the administrator information maintenance function.The bottom module function is encapsulated, the script uses the object oriented programming, provides the interface for the two development. Finally the overall management system is tested, the research and development of the system is summarized, and the future upgrades and further development is prospected.
