Study And Implementation Of Insurance Information Management System

China's insurance industry cannot develop rapidly without information because it innovates the business mode,improves the work efficiency,and enhances core competitiveness.Database technology and CRM concept are essential for the development of insurance industry.Further,processing of mass information and big data will become competitive strategic area in the information development of insurance industry.Information management system is essential and has become the core of corporation management because various individuals and groups are involved in insurance and the requirement of customer information in insurance policy management system is gradually improved.Neglect the management of information will affect much subsequent work,such as loss of customer information,processing of insurance claims and etc.To be more precise,service level of insurance company will be impacted directly and the loss of customers will cause performance decline.The author aims to study the information development of the insurance industry,make deep research of key business procedure and regulation in the information management system.It is very important to maintain,improve and update the core data unit-the insurance bill and certificate number.The optimization of the core data is designed on the aspects of data infrastructure and logical relation.The management system function is integrated with insurance bill,client,management,claims information,help to business operators and clients to monitor and operate in whole service process,increase the management level and monitor function.The system is designed based on Spring architecture and Eclipse platform.Firstly,requirement analysis and infrastructure design are made,including business process,data stream,data structure,logical module.Secondly,WEB Service is used for the system implementation.All inquiry function realize the requirement expectation with the optimization of logical relation between insurance bill and certificate number.Finally,the information inquiry platform is implemented with relative tools and technology.Meanwhile,the test is fulfilled to verify the feasibility and advancement of the system infrastructure.
