Design And Implementation Of The Militia’s Management System

The militia is an important component of China’s armed forces. The people’s Armed Forces Department management is the routine work. The militia management informatization is not only the needs of modern warfare, also is the need of the development of the times. With the improvement of the comprehensive national strength and enhancing the information infrastructure, to carry on the management to the militia work with information technology, not only can improve the militia work management level and management efficiency, but also can be more comprehensive, more quickly, more convenient to finish the militia management affairs work.This thesis use the thought, theory and method of software engineering, combined with the actual experience of grassroots militia management, based on the artificial way management existing militia analysis, research, using the technology of JSP and Struts, the Hibernate framework, the design and implementation of a militia management system. From the view of the operation, the system basically meet the current militia management of grassroots demand, resulting in a certain economic benefit and social benefit.This thesis firstly introduces the research background and purpose, research status and significance of the research, introduces the research content and the research methods; then according to the thought of software engineering, design and development of a few select militia management system from the needs analysis, development platform, and determine the system design and module design expatiate and study; then introduces the system design process and implementation of the results, this paper simply introduced the system testing and maintenance; finally, the research work of this thesis is summarized and self evaluation.
