Engineering Drawing Management System is important part for Product Data Management and plays an important role in the process of development of enterprise information. Many scholars competed to study and it became a hot research topic, accompanied by the development of computer software technology. It has much of general interest that how to integrate technology and software application software reuse combine with data management, such as enterprise engineering drawings.Paper outlined The Research and Implementation Engineering Drawing Management System is mainly according to the major needs to be a subway. It depends on engineering drawings for the enterprise data management complex reality carrying out the system of research, design and development. The main Implementation is engineering drawings enterprise management, enterprise management of engineering drawings, ordering, data, engineering drawings to ensure enterprise security, enterprise data management, engineering drawings, normalization, expansion of the scope of engineering drawing of data users. At the same time Engineering Drawing Management System provides enterprise users an orderly, efficient and fast data management technology, thereby accelerating the process of enterprise information, and ultimately the production and promotion of business innovation.The implementation of the system is based on software integration and software reuse. It improves the development efficiency of engineering drawing management system by object-oriented programming methods and modularization. So it can separate the fault of the system, guarantee the reliability and security, reuse software features.The company has a large number of engineering drawings which describe the composition of the different product components. So the implementation of system can sort the drawings by automating generation of tree, then it can access drawing data by sorting. The tree identifies by the directory structure which stores the index of the drawing data. When generate the tree, the tree in a database index structure called the field of information and organizes by the program. Thus finish structure tree generated task. It makes the data access to achieve relatively simple, and easy to do for drawing file access.Aiming at the subway enterprise of significant mechanical drawings and electric drawings, the system will enterprise required all kinds of engineering drawings relevant operation design for unified operation components which can realize the operation of drawings data, these operating mainly includes resized display and drag display of engineering drawings. At the same time, the system applys hotspot system to realize engineering drawing link operation and rapid information matching operation of parts in this component. Hotspot is mainly used for labeling components of drawings and realizing the links and matching function according to the method of operating hotspot, thus also encapsulates method of editing hotspot in this component which include the add operation, modify operation and delete operation of hotspot. The system adopts role-based access control mechanism to use the corresponding function in this component by users who have different permissions according to share modes.System provides query capabilities of drawings, and this function is a key part, it’s destination is according to given condition to give the inquiry to system which improve the efficiency of information search. In order to reduce the time of inquiry, the system associates all the parts information table when updating data, which forms pre-query result set, so while making combined query according information of drawing parts, the system will only collect query results from result set which can aviod associated operation between tables in each query. Forming pre-query result set can save time of inquiry and improve the query efficiency. So the process is a concrete manifestation of space for time. Under the premise of storage space fully meet the user needs, query plan of generating pre-query result set is entirely feasible.Also operation privileges of data access is the key part of system, the system make data access mainly by role-based access control mechanism, this mechanism is an effective access control in business-oriented security policy. It make each character corresponds to a corresponding authority, it does not have to create a user each time when the operations are carried out to assign permissions and it only need to assign corresponding role, at the same time, the change of role is much less than the change of user permissions which will simplify user rights management and reduce system overhead.The network transmission of system data is mainly by SAN architecture and it deploy center room, all data service is connected to center room by network. Data storage device is shared, it’s mechanism is that applying existing technology to make all servers provide services to the users who requires data access, thereby it has reduced the bottleneck of network transmission, and meanwhile if one network data server in a failure, other network data server can still work normally and does not affect the system user’s normal data visiting conduct to data server. This mechanism ensure the reliability of data transmission in system network.The paper’s results of research has been applied and it has achieved good work, this implementation reflect system has extensive practical value and application prospect, and the system has realized the enterprise engineering drawings management in high efficiency, high quality and automation, the system has laid the base on informatization management for the enterprise products production and innovation.
