In the modern enterprise system, power supply enterprises enter the market, marketing is the key. The quality of power marketing is directly related to the economic efficiency of the power enterprises, at the same time, the overall level of the power marketing management also directly determines the image and service level of the power enterprises. So it demands the marketing management and service standards of power supply enterprise to be a more high level. Informational enterprise is an important means of achieving these goals.According to the power marketing mode and conditions Power Supply Company, the thesis has proposed designing methods of power marketing MIS for the company, by concluding main business processes based on power demand analysis. According to the power demand an alibis result, it put forward the target function module for system design, and develops the power marketing system software in C/S mode. The system development mode, function module, database design scheme, universal code design scheme, system reliability and system web scheme are also discussed. And this thesis focuses on the design and realization of user interface layer and the payment of electricity sub-system.The main characteristics of the system lies in: use of data and scattered business; use of multi-storey structure, component and object-oriented; use of component-based; use of the work Engine to organize all the features of the operation; use of self-reconfigurable technology to develop the function of menu and interface; choice for Oracle 10g database system to improve information security of the system.After the development of the system, the standardized sub-processes will help the communication between users and improve efficiency. Data management system improves the management of power business. Electricity supplies a variety of forms of payment for customers and improves customer satisfaction. In short, the design and implementation of system satisfies for the customers and the staff of the power company.
