Therefore, the authors combined the current status of power engineering management, completed the study and implementation of electrical equipment digital management system.The main contents of power digital file transfer management system : the grid project life cycle in grid engineering design data( feasibility study, preliminary design, construction and completion, and other related information) to digitize the transfer and management, digital design results in a unified management The overall handover.Systems for different stages of the transfer, the transfer of information to develop appropriate volume directory structure to protect the transfer of information is complete specification; fully support the transfer and management of a variety of three-dimensional models of two-dimensional drawings and other documents and data, so that the file is not valuable because of the transfer of power and had to convert the format, lost a lot of the original information; utilize tee issued a national standard, such as the latest specifications for the transfer of constraint checking to make file management standardization. Therefore, the system works digitized data grid provides a unified storage, transfer, manage, share, search, online preview, download platforms such as multi-functional utilization, thereby improving the quality and extent of the use of digital outcomes.Electricity digital file transfer management system is based on B JAVA EE framework / S operating mode of the system. The project uses mvc three-tier system, layers of technology and strive to adopt open source lightweight framework technology, front to conduct business with struts2 scheduling between pages, the business process layer using the spring framework technology, between the business class configuration achieved by non-invasive dependency injection, persistence layer using hibernate implements the relational database sql statement invocation conversion into an object-oriented way calling, and shielding the dialect conversion between databases. The entire project using eclipse development, in order to achieve the latter part of the flexible expansion capabilities, the framework uses a flexible SOA system, the degree of coupling between the various functional modules to a minimum.
