With the logistics business marketing, business development as well as the growing number of content management, enterprise information construction relies more and more, to meet customer and market needs to enhance service levels. In this paper, using the SOA architecture, component-based development framework as well as service-oriented architecture design concept, based on java language development B / S access structure, combined with webservice technology, business modules loosely coupled systems development. In the system development process, using Web2.0 technology, strict compliance with information technology standards and norms to follow security system, from the " meet the status quo needs, taking into account the future development of the " departure, integrated business application data, optimization of logistics business processes, security certification and transport security, providing personalized portal interface. System is based on ESB service framework to achieve the application platform ’s open architecture, to achieve a unified user management and unified authentication. In short, the platform of the scientific and logistics management, specialization and refinement for the logistics involved in the field to provide users with more quality and convenient services.In this paper, the logistics enterprise SOA-based application supporting platform for the design and implementation of research, the paper mainly include system development background, requirements analysis, system design, detailed design and system implementation in five parts. This article focuses on the portal integration, control and data exchange services based on the content, in-depth analysis of the various subsystems, and each system function module to do the detailed design. Detailed design of logistics enterprises thesis application support platform database and technical architecture, management and control center for the exchange of data center core and functional design, reflecting the advanced nature of the platform to meet the needs of high-level logistics management.
