"Eleven five" period, China’s rapid economic development, puts forward a veryhigh request to the logistics industry, but also brought great opportunities, the totalsocial logistics growth reached21%, the added value of logisticsindustry significantly increased the proportion of GDP, increased by0.3%[1]. Nowthe area of our countryin the construction of different scale of logistics park, to adaptto the rapid development of economy and society, at the same time, the logisticsindustry cluster development trend is present. In2012, the country’s total sociallogistics amounted to177.3trillion yuan. Along with our country "the logisticsindustry restructuring and revitalization plan" to develop, is conducive to promotingthe steady development of national economy, help to promote the adjustment ofeconomic structure and high quality, efficient development of [2].At present, the development of logistics industry in China has many differentproblems, the development way of extensive development direction, the imbalanceof regional development, the lack of good infrastructure,government policyand institutional aspects of the lack of support, the lack of a good socialenvironment. Especially with the development of transportation costs, labor costsrise, coupled with the vicious competition between enterprises, these factors worsenthe development environment of the logistics industry is difficult.<The logisticsindustry and long-term development plan (2012-2020)> put forward the logisticsindustry needs to face thesocialization, specialization, suggesting that thecomprehensive strength of enterprises, enhance the market competitiveness andthe overall logistics efficiency.
