| With the development of national education, the current social development has shown the importance of informatization, growing competition between universities, the campus office, previous dispersed and independent management system, increase the cost of the faculty office already, also can’t satisfy the use of the current complex, the university internal management system and improve and enhance the efficiency of work is increasingly important. To establish a safe and efficient office system, which is not only the need of times development, and developing education career, improve the level of scientific management of colleges and universities and the needs of the teaching efficiency. This paper takes lanzhou petrochemical college as the research object,through the investigation and research, management mode and application process analysis, designed to improve office efficiency, promote the management and so on, for the purpose of office management system.Through the present paper office management and systematic studies of Lanzhou Petrochemical College office with practical problems in the design and implementation of ASP.NET-based university office automation system. Paper first describes the research status office management system, introduced ASP.NET related technologies,analyzes the office management system requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, on this basis, given the system ’s architecture application architecture design and network architecture designed to Visual Studio.NET development tools as a platform to achieve a common information management module,network file management module, system management, personal information management, work instructions, schedule management and other major functional modules, and the office management systems.Finally, Lanzhou Petrochemical College office management function modules were tested, tested in good condition, the system has been on-line and preliminary application. |
