In the 21 st century, the influence of Internet on human life has gradually increased, while the demands of human for the high quality network is also growing. As the high speed development in space network technology, the issue that how to integrate the space and ground network is widely addressed. With the rapid development in mobile network, the needs for the information integration between mobile communication network and the Internet is increasingly protruding. As a result, the demand of network integration is not just in interconnection and business integration level, but also in highly integrated architecture level.The existing network integration techniques, which are mostly improved from previous solutions for heterogeneous network interconnection scheme, are ill-suited to solve the resource reassignment and information interconnection problem of network fusion in architecture level. As the next generation Internet solution, the Software-Defined Networking(SDN) provides the technical support for the network integration technology. First, the thought in SDN which decouples the control and data planes, and logically centralizes network intelligence and state, is able to solve organization structure problem in the architecture level network integration. Second, based on flow table matching method, the packet forwarding mechanism in SDN can make a sense in solving the huge problem in information interchange which comes from data packet forwarding between heterogeneous networks.Due to the high cost to build real experimental platform for network integration, in this paper, we study and research related techniques, and realize building Software-Defined integrated network simulation platform on OPNET simulation software, of which the build process contains two main parts.Firstly, we complete the design and implement the controller and switch in the basic network based on Software-Defined Networking, and give several interaction data packet formats, and then design the interaction process in Software-Defined network in the OPNET platform. By building the basic network simulation scenario, we test controller node, switch node, and interactive process between them.Secondly, according to the characteristics of mobile communication network and space network, we design nodes which are suitable for the networks, and interaction process within them. Through building the deployment of mobile communication network and space network scenarios to test each designed nodes and interactive process between them, we verify the feasibility of the network scenarios. Then, through a combination of three network scenarios, we build a Software-Defined integration network simulation scenarios. After deploying and testing the network simulation scenarios, we verify the feasibility of integration network simulation platform which uses Software-Defined networking technology, and finally complete to realize building the Software-Defined integration network simulation platform.
