Along with the development and progress of our country’s economic and society, social informatization management level advances rapidly. Automation technology of the power system is unceasing enhancing. In order to establish and perfect the mechanism of quadripartition of line loss and to improve the economic benefits of power enterprises, it is particularly important to develop and construct a integration, automation, information management system.In this paper, we had a detailed analysis and exploration about the functional requirement, framing analysis, analysis of database storage about the management information system on quadripartition of line loss, which is based on B/S(browser/ server) system, establish on J2EE(Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition), using JSP+servlet+JavaBean、StrutS 十 EJB、Struts+Spring+Hibemate, combining JAVA、C++ and can direct integration in the different software platform(Windows、VS、Linux). through the adoption of multi-tier architecture, software development and application has a good maintainability, operability, easy extensibility, information system stability. This thesis achieves all kinds of line loss of the object data automatically by using unified modeling language(UML) and common information model(CIM).This thesis also directly sharing the data in information management system, realize the supervisor management information sharing and convenient business contact. Through an open design, adapter system achieve effective combination with marketing MIS、 distribution transformer monitoring and electric energy collection system. It can automatically obtain the source data of line loss constitution, achieving scientific management about tripartition, quadripartition of line loss and automatic gather, it has an important function and significance for economic operation of the power grid, energy Loss Reduction and efficiency increasing.There are six main modules in management information system on quadripartition of line loss: Line loss power basic file management; Line loss line- area- the user relationship management; Department of line loss management assessment index; Line loss line area management assessment index; Abnormal analysis of line loss management; Line loss management reporting platform. The establish of management information system on quadripartition of line loss can be more effective configuration of resources for power supply enterprises and provide service for monitoring, rationality analysis of power grid.
