Design And Implementation Of Distribution Network Line Loss Management System

National examination is an important economic indicators of the power sector(hereinafter referred to as line loss),electric energy loss in distribution network power line loss is also on behalf of the power system planning and design level,production level and management level of a comprehensive technical and economic indicators.Line loss causes including technical line loss and line loss management,in order to change the present situation of electricity and responded to an appeal by the state electricity saving,adoption and promotion of new technology,to strengthen line loss management,reduce the loss of power grid,to do a good job in saving energy and improving the electric power enterprise economic benefit and social benefit has very important significance.In this paper,the figure model library integrated distribution network line loss management system is designed based on PI,the PI technology on the one hand,the factory data used for the automatic acquisition,storage,and monitoring.As a large-scale real-time database and historical database,PI can be online storage of years of historical data points for each process.According to the actual needs of state grid authorities,build S2SH four layers architecture,solve the traditional C/S model calls and interactive services,USES the Oracle database,convenient on PI platform effectively implements the data query,storage,and call.This article,starting from the functional requirements of the distribution network line loss management system is divided into five basic function module,file maintenance,information query,data analysis,data extraction and report management.File maintenance including appraisal system maintenance,management,equipment management and assessment index based data management four functions;Information query including line power user query,query,area power query,feeder change user information query and line five detailed information query functions;Data analysis including line difference analysis and line loss comparative analysis of two functions;Data extraction,including basic data refresh,user data extraction,meter reading data extraction and power supply data refresh four functions;Report management including line loss statistics report and line loss two function of report query.This system adopts data communication mechanism of CIM(common information model),a distributed system platform independence,test results show that the system V functions satisfy the actual need,has good application value.
