In recent years, with the development and popularization of enterprise web application, more and more enterprises have adopted internet technology in their data and workflow management. The web business management system discussed in this thesis is developed with the purpose of improving the supervision and management of the working status of work orders of an IT company. The system not only helps business management in related companies become web-based, but also is proven beneficial in building a more holistic and scientific management-level supervision overall. With the implementation of the system, supervision of business orders of related departments becomes more efficient, data tracking more comprehensive, which together help provide concrete and steady technological basis for the process of business decision-making.The primary works in this thesis are presented as follows:(1) The mechanism, characteristics and efficiencies of typical web development platforms are put into research and comparison. Based on this, the advantages and disadvantages of these platforms are analyzed and summarized.(2) By taking a comprehensive view of the performance, development efficiency and future maintenance and extension of the web system, a development approach which takes MVC model as the system architecture, SpringMVC and iBatis as the system’s development framework are determined, and the logical structure of the system database as well as the model-view-controller hierarchical structure of the system are designed.(3) Based on the design architecture, development process of login, order, work order and system management modules is carried out. At last, the web system is put to test for both performance and functionality.The application system designed and developed in this paper has been put into use in certain companies. By keeping track of the process of data grabbing, order generating, splitting and implementing process, the system not only keeps track of overall quality and status of the order implementation process, but also the detailed information in each work order (generated by splitting orders). The system development technology used in this thesis can be extended to the web application development of small to medium enterprises in general. With the guarantee of the quality of the development process, adopting SpringMVC+iBatis as the development framework not only improves development efficiency, but also is conducive to future maintenance and development of system functions. Since the system was put into operation, running was stable and reliable. The expected effect is achieved.
