At present, higher education, especially higher adult education in our country has obtaines the swift and violent development. As a branch of higher education remote education is developing rapidly. With the development of computer technology, network technology and call center, distance education learning support service call center system already have been applied in various remote education in colleges and universities. Many colleges and universities have developed distance education learning support service call center to meet the demand of remote education. Remote education enrollment is in front of the entire link in remote education learning.Admissions service level affects the student to the school evaluation and feeling.With enrollment number of students are increasing, the proportion of cross-regional recruit students across the province recruitment of students in much remote education school is increasing. Broad and the increase of consulting and advisory problem is more than the current telephone counseling can accept ability, need to develop a call system can meet the demand of remote education school recruitment of students to meet the remote service.According to xi ’an engineering university’s school of distance education project requirements, call center based on SSH is proposed in this paper the call center business information system under J2 EE framework of the overall architecture and design. The hierarchical structure of the system, functions of each layer of further research. Completed the call center business information system function module division and database design. On this basis, the various modules of the call center business information system has carried on the detailed design and implementation. Coded according to the requirements of the system design to complete system, gives the IVR voice navigation, ACD queue, automatic recording, artificial intelligent position service such as CIT’s implementation of the business, to show the effect the realization of each function module. Using the theory of software engineering system of each function module test, and it is concluded that the final test report.
