The system used MVC design idea to separated technical architecture, divided into presentation layer, web layer, business layer and persistence layer. Presentation layer mainly sent user requests through the browser to response user requests. Web layer mainly used struts-config.xml to configure the controller Action and processed JavaBean objects mapped by FormBean. Business layer processed the data of JavaBean. Persistence layer used hibernater complete database data package. Database the system chose was SQL SERVER 2012.Bayin College distance education authorized enrollment management system was divided into three modules, system management, authorization and enrollment management, cost management. System management provided data maintenance of users and personnel logging system for the learning center administrators and provided basic data supporting for the distance education enrollment management system, specifically achieved user management, personnel management, online evaluation, relevant inquiry. Authorization and enrollment management achieved authorized enrollment of distance education, and involved information maintenance of the admission test, specifically completed authorization application management, enrollment management, admission test management, relevant inquiry. Cost management mainly achieved charging to students that have been recruited, reporting the charge, and settlement functions for student fees, specially completed charge management, reporting and settlement, relevant inquiry.After running Bayin School distance education authorized enrollment management system, enrollment data can be reported and approved, many functions was achieved such as setting collective online banking payment, which provided convenience for the distance education enrollment management of Bayan College.
