Distance education is an important part of the national education, it is an importantsupplement to the traditional teaching, in recent years, with the development of remoteeducation career, in the aspect of their management work, there are a lot of problems inmany remote education unit, especially in the student services work, it lacks necessaryinformation technology support, so as to bring a lot of pressure to the studentsmanagement work. The thesis aims at the actual management situation in the TianjinRadio&TV University, and discusses the informatization construction scheme for thecustomer service management work.This design and implementation scheme of the remote education customer servicesystem is discussed in the thesis. The plan is put forward to ASP.NET technology, basedon Visual Studio2008program development platform and Microsoft SQL Server2005database, so as to realize the customer service system of three layers system structure.The customer service system mainly includes four subsystem such as call center, SMSplatform, answering questions and network teaching service, etc. Among them, the callcenter subsystem solves the problems such as lacking of communication by remoteeducation teaching separation, and the quality of teaching and the quality of service isnot guaranteed; SMS platform provides the communication channels of the mobilephone short message for system users, that makes the customers know the schoolimportant notice in the first time; Network answer subsystem provides the onlineinquiry platform for the students and teaching staff who injuring the remote education,this answer subsystem includes real-time q&a, asynchronous q&a, automaticquestion-answering etc; Teaching service subsystem, including the maintenance for thestudents basic data, and provides the function modules such as notice announcement,performance management, student status management, etc.In the later period of the development project, the distance education customerservice system is in testing that ensure the correctness of the software function. Atpresent, the remote education student services system has operated online in the TianjinRadio&TV University. From the actual situation to see, the system has a significant effect in improving the efficiency of the customer service work and enhancing thecustomer satisfaction.
