Research And Design Of The KPI Management System For The China Mobile

This paper is based on the theory of China Mobile Communication Corporation business requirements about safety assessment management norms related network support, evaluation and design of service content(including quantitative index, safety index management, quantitative index statistics, quantitative data report and quantitative indicators show the function etc.). Also refer to the key performance index of international mainstream(Key Performance Indicator, KPI), the evaluation of the performance of the simplified for several key performance indicators, key indicators as evaluation standard, the performance and key staff to compare assessment method, to some extent, can be said to be the effective combination of management by objectives and Pareto’s law. Key indicators must be in compliance with the principles of SMART(Specific): specific, measurable(Measurable), accessibility(Attainable), correlation(Relevant), time(Time-based). In this paper, the definition of KPI is: security quantitative indexes.The purpose of this paper is to create a safe quantization KPI index system, which is based on the popular KPI concept of performance evaluation, as well as the risk assessment on the China Mobile business support network of each application system software(such as: billing, business, accounting and customer service system).
