At present, the film industry has entered into high-speed developing period in China. The 2K digital cinema has had more than 8000 movie screens in the world, 1200 screens of which have been owned by China, which has occupied the world’s second position. It’s expected that the digital cinema will get more developing space. With the rapid development of internet and electronic business, the cinema information inquiry and management system has been used in the daily operation, which can reduce the operation cost, increase the service quality, and enhance the market competitiveness.The thesis is in connection with the development status of domestic cinema and the practical situation of our cinema to analyze the basic principle of information service system, the demand analysis of cinema management and information service system to be definite the meaning of why to research the subject. Secondly, the author introduce the basic principle and main technology on the system design, its module division, total structure design, main function division of each module. Finally, the author describes the implementation method of system, In which stress on explaining the key problem of business processing layer and data memory layer, develops and designs a perfectly ASP-based technology management system.Our cinema information inquiry service system was developed by ASP which is dynamic network programming language. It designed by module idea to make it more convenient, alternating and public. The system adopts three-layer infrastructure to design, and make business processing layer, user interface layer and data memory layer separated, which meet user functionality, expansion and deployment of the demand side. Finally, the application of the framework of the whole system gives the conclusion summarizes the main work of this paper, proposed future research directions..
