Design And Implementation Of Cigarette Sales Management System

With the continuous development and gradual application of enterprise information management technology, constantly appearance of problems in large cigarette retail management system, and thorough research of the retail management system, the application of cigarette retail management system software is becoming more and more urgent.In this thesis, we analyzed the needs of cigarette enterprise sales plans management system, especially the features of the develop process for the cigarette enterprise sales plans. We researched the cigarette enterprise’s sales plans for month, half year and the whole year, and formed a scientific and rigorous cigarette sales plans management model. We also made an overall features framework for sales plan, and designed the features of each main module. Then we proposed a data flow model for sales plans, and designed the key database table and E-R diagram for database design. We designed the class diagram. In order to meet the availability and scalability of the system, the information systems will be dispersed from the original data to be collated and integrated. Finally, we summary and prospect the system.We use xinhu company as an example, based on software engineering thinking and method, and using the B/S Web three layer structure of application system to systematically design and implement the cigarette retail management information system. The main work of this paper includes: expounded the present situation of the cigarette retail management information system, analyzed the necessity of informational management of cigarette retail and the feasibility of constructing the cigarette retail management information system; discussed the key technologies of developing the cigarette retail management information system, such as, B/S structure, ASP.NET, and database technology. We propose to use Web technology and B/S three layer architecture concepts to construct the firm’s cigarette retail management information system. Then based on the feature of system and from the perspective of software engineer systems, we conducted a comprehensive functional requirements analysis of the cigarette retail management information system, divided functional modules and then we also analyzed the non-functional requirement. Combined with the relative technologies and theory knowledge of software engineer development, we completed the overall design of the system’s main structure, the detailed design of every system modules, and the programming of the corresponding database. Using SQL Server as our database management system, and with the application of C#, ASP.Net technologies, we finally achieved this system. Through the implementation example of register module and department management module, we describe the main implement structure of every modules of our system and the application of database technology in the back-end database access. Our system achieved the functions of user login, sales management, statistical inquiry, and system maintenance, improved the staff’s work efficiency and the retail customs’ satisfaction. Also we made the company’s works to provide a more personalized services to their clients.
