In the traditional industry of tobacco production, because there are different planting and selling conditions, so a phenomenon named "busy uneven" exists in tobacco selling process. For example, there are so many people to tobacco site for selling tobacco in busy time, but a few persons to there in leisure time. So it has a disorder transportation, which bring a heavy pressure in transportation and warehousing to tobacco site. Meanwhile, many different types of tobacco are sold in the same day, it affects the quality of the acquisition of tobacco. These issues brought inconvenience of producing and economy to the tobacco companies.In this thesis, we use B/S architecture to finish the design of system. And.NET platform was been applied to achieve the goal of system. We hope this system can solve those problems which exist in the current tobacco industry. The main works of this thesis are as follows:1. It proposed a method to reserve and sell tobacco based on WBS decomposition method. Firstly, it calculate the total amount planned acquisition as acreage multiplying the average area yield; then it decompose task based on WBS decomposition method and form a systematic process; finally, it work out all plans, like wheel layout plan, farmers group plan, sell plan, sell implementation plan and so on.2. It decomposes the system as four layers: data storage layer, data processing layer, logic layer and interaction layer. Based on the system architecture, it implement the function and interface design of each layer.3. In order to solve the problem of difficult developing a report, this system uses the middle-ware to integrate reports from the report server. It was composed by Report Designer, Report browsers and other components. This middle-ware have modes of showing reports and filling reports, so the reports also can been stored online and offline and can been export or import as EXCEL data format.4. It develops and implements the system function and interface by using CASIT_FDP platform which has a strong tobacco business process ability. And CASIT_FDP platform can simplify the process of software development, so it can improve the reliability of the system, and bring a convenience to secondary development.This thesis studied many modern model of tobacco, based on many modern technologies to achieve the goal of tobacco acquisition and to improve the efficiency of tobacco purchase. This system can save time of farmers and bring convenience to their works. After the system is running, tobacco farmers shortened the time from 3-5 days to 1-2 hours, and improved 50% of the workload, with reducing 30% of peak workload.
