Research And Implementation Of Local Food Recommendation System Based On LBS Technology

The innovation of technology is promoting the development of the economy.Recent years,with the widespread of mobile internet,some triditional company have been encouraged to add the element of mobile internet in their own business in order to achieve the multiple development.Food industry,which has much to do with our daily life,has approaching a new peak in time of infomation2.0.Nowadays,even though they have a large coverage, most application for food doesn’t have much infomation about local restuarant,which is most needed.As a result, this paper design and implement the recommendation system in Chengdu combined with the positioning service,which is based on the andriod platform.First, this thesis describes the key technologies involved in systematic development, and then tries to analyze the concept of those technologies, relevant operating principle, and even the relative merits. Based on the demand analysis of software development and the overall design phase, it discusses the feasibility of system implementation, functional and non-functionality requirements to system. On the other hand, it also clears the overall structure of system, and introduces the process design of functions related to mobiles and servers. Furthermore, it mainly mentions how to implement the development and communication modules on the client-side in the stage of design implementation. The client adopts Android Studio as development environment to realize the functions about information display, which includes locating information, restaurant information list, restaurant’s details and rating information, etc. In addition, the communication module primarily implements the saving and searching functions on the cloud according to the date completed by HTTP protocol. At last, we will test this app on two devices of ZTE respectively, and then analyze the two factors that are response time and page adapter.The app discussed in this thesis is a LBS-based application that recommends delicacies in Chengdu. This app integrates the traditional catering industry with mobile technology, implementing several functions effectively, such as locating users, viewing the restaurant information, searching information and rating information. Also, the system is developed based on the Android platform, which is compatible with low version of system well, fits most of device models, and has friendly interface. Meanwhile, the system uses and is set on the cloud service platform provided by Baidu. As a result it manages and maintains the data easier. After testing, the system realizes the function about the locating and searching surrounding restaurants information, which meets users’ requirement basically. It is also easy to operate, improving the user’s experience finally.
