B Power Corporate Customer Credit Management Information System Design And Implementation

At present, credit trading is still widespread in China electricity consumption pattern. The relationship between electricity enterprises and users in China is still based on credit transactions, that is, customers consume electric power first, and then pay for it during a certain period. But there is a potential risk in this pattern which is based on reliable customers, Under such a prerequisite, when customers who are lack of credit do not fulfill payment commitments, it will cause massive loss to the electricity supply enterprise, not only makes bad bets, but also brings negative influence on its operating status. Therefore, the current problem to be solved is to identify how to optimize the current consumption patterns by using scientific management and modern information science and technology, So as to avoid commercial risk and protect the legitimate interest fundamentally.Credit management theory could provide a set of methods to solve the risk issues and economic disputes in credit trading. The function of credit management includes five aspects which are risk identification, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk control and risk aversion. Finally, we can effectively help the electricity enterprises to reduce their operating risk, and avoid customer credibility problem through a series integrated approach of scientific credit management theory and advanced information science and technology, This article studies the research and design of customer credit management system for B electric power company which is based on Web system. The system is realized by using object-oriented development methods, setting up the major structure system with Microsoft’s. Net three-tier system, based on Asp.Net platform, and applying programming language C # and database SQL Server 2005. And it adopts AJAX technology to enrich the Web page rendering effects. The System includes five functional modules as target system maintenance, customer information management, customer credit evaluation management, customer credit analysis, systems management, which is fully functional system. With the introduction of several professional testing software such as WinRunner, IETester etc. in System testing, it fully tested the reliability, stability and compatibility of the system.
