WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) are two important technology in IOT(Internet Of Things). The use of WSN technology can monitor information all around and the use of RFID technology can identify the item. With the promotion and use of IOT in all aspects of national life, we realize that the integration of the two technologies can full play the advantages of both technologies, compensate for the lack of both. There are already many projects which use the integration of the two technologies, but these integrated technology is still not mature enough and can not completely solve application scenarios of various difficulties. Some projects still built with specific hardware and application scenarios, which costs too much for development and is hard for extension and maintenance. This paper focuses on these issues and makes a study of RFID middleware in WSN environment under the framework of IOT.This paper takes RFID middleware as the main line and analyzes the key technology and research progress in RFID middleware system.Then this paper discuss the current four approaches which is the integration of the two technologies.Due to the integration approach under the framework of IOT has good flexibility and scalability. Therefore, this paper chose to implement the integration of the two technologies under the framework of IOT. RFID middleware under WSN Environment has the following characteristics: First, This RFID middleware is based on ALE(Application Level Events) specification which is published by EPCGlobal standards organizations, and use the ALE standard’s extension points to achieve integration of the two technologies. Second, for the existing problems and the actual needs, the RFID middleware use a variety of database technology. Using MySQL relational database store the middleware’s basic information; using Redis memory database store sensor data; using HBase distributed database store the mass data which is the fusion of sensor data and RFID data. Third, using WebService technology implement the characteristic of cross-platform. Fourth, the RFID middleware which ensure scalability and versatility, can be flexibly deployed for large-scale applications.Finally, The RFID middleware has been tested detailedly.the test include unit testing and system testing. Test results show that t all the modules of the RFID middleware under WSN environment acts well and it also has good stability and scalability and meet the needs of cross-platform use.
