WF company is an enterprises which specialized in human resources services, but the customized development mode currently used by companies had not to keep up with the growing demands of scale and quality of service requirements, and how to be more flexible and flexible way to build human outsourcing management system is needed to be solved, and component-based and on-demand services is an effective way to solve the problem.Proposes ways to build structures needed human resources outsourcing management systems, system modules can be combined with different rules, different combinations to achieve different functions. The system provides functionality packaged into separate "service", and the specific business process decomposition is relatively independent "process unit " for a business, it can be as needed, at the macro, you can call one or more to achieve this kind of business services, and at the micro, and each service can be invoked on demand customize "process cell" to complete the service function module in accordance with the contract between the communication interface. To build human resources outsourcing management system, the built-demand architecture can be divided into three levels: the first level is set up to consider the demand from the macro, the services and functions of this layer in the modular system; the second layer is the demand from the microscopic structures considered, mainly in the form of business processes encapsulated components division process; finally set up to consider the demand from the data level, which is the basis of the data and resources designed to demand built modules.Built demand human resource outsourcing management system can solve customers’ growing indicators, customized, protocol service requirements, to adapt to the external environment and policy differences client companies on human resources management, as well, can enhance business processes flexible, one can improve the efficiency of business people, and it also reduces the workload of the development and maintenance personnel. Most importantly, the system can improve customer satisfaction, improve the efficiency of the company’s customers, but also to improve the human resource outsourcing company’s own benefit, to achieve a win-win situation.
